First sentence, second paragraph reads:
"This hook enables modules to register paths which whose requests they wish to handle."

I believe this should read:
"This hook enables modules to register paths which request whom they wish to handle."

I've got an email in to a grammar expert to get their view on it.

"This hook enables modules to register paths, which determines whose requests are to be handled."
