Cleaned up the UI for Bartik. The changes are not aggressive. They're just enough to make the UI look presentable and be usable. More work is probably needed.

I found a mistake in the first commit. I left a selector in the file without any properties and no curly brackets proceeding it either. I removed the line and rerolled the patch.

Committed. One thing I note:

Becuase views-admin css seems to have some generic form-item styling, if Bartik has a search block active while the views UI is active, that block gets displaced.
