Some extra functionality

Hi,

I had downloaded the 6.1 a good time ago when a lot of patches were not yet implemented and it needed (as so often...) a quick&dirty fix. Since sharing almost needless patches is still better than not sharing them, I thought I upload my current diff for you to check whether probably some of it is still an option to pass in.

What's it:

- config option for general code snippets (probably unnecessary as theming is now possible, but hey) - this is to embed sound plugin code snippets as I did, which is quite nice and also useful for browser tab messies.
- suppressing pm notification mails if user is online (and has popups enabled)
- user settings options for:
-- suppressing popups
-- NOT suppressing notification mails (see above)
-- disabling sounds (if configured)
- added support for js.module (see notes below)
- message sender is now shown as well
- I did some "hardcoded" theming which better be ignored

However, kindly have a look and see if you can use something. Hopefully some may benefit.
