Re-authenticate pz2 client on Service Proxy timeout

Fix spurious error from MkDru when submitting other nodes.

The option to use sessions doesn't need to be exposed as such because in this context it only serves as a choice between Pazpar2 and Service Proxy. Updated the form to reflect this.

This release also addresses the issue 'corrupt form input' where enabling any checkbox in the node config or admin/config/search/mkdru_ding
