Block Cache Alter » package name

hey

please move the module to the "Performance and scalability" package/group/category.

package = Performance and scalability

many cache/performance modules are doing the same, ie, boost, css_gzip, javascript_aggregator, cdn, etc
replicating this request to the remaining modules (authcache, memcache, cacherouter).
