There are some bugs in rendering some radios:

a) some notices
b) The element title isn't rendered at all
c) They should work as a single 'radios' element because it's not multiple.

thanks for the patch, just committed it.
I haven't been using the tree widget with radios in 7.x so far, hence there might be some open issues.
