Cache Actions » package name

hey
please move the module to the "Performance and scalability" package/group/category.
it's far easier to locate this module there than at Rules - not an obvious location, even though it requires Rules.
package = Performance and scalability

many cache/performance modules are doing the same, ie, boost, css_gzip, javascript_aggregator, blockcache_alter, cdn, etc
replicated this request to the remaining cache modules.
