Cleaned up the UI for Garland. The changes are not aggressive. They're just enough to make the UI look presentable and be usable. More work is probably needed.

I'm leaving this active, there's one nit that needs fixing: The bucket titles in Garland have no styling at all, so they don't look like titles. It's visually confusing.

Made the h3 display setting bucket headers bold so that they look like headers
