Issue Summary
Request support for mailing lists handled by the Sympa mailing list manager - used by NPOgroups and others.

MLM was written to support pluggable backends. However, the only backends that have been written are for ezmlm. I would love to implement or include additional backends if there is funding or a code contribution.

As you probably know, http://drupal.org/project/og2mlm provides sympa support, but I don't exactly know the difference between the two modules.
Sympa can retrieve mailing lists from a textfile which might be stored by drupal, for instance. Could that make the task easier?

I have just write a module in order to get sympa working. Will post it soon.
