The project summary blocks are currently broken with the warnings page gone but the new releases page introduced. Also, the project summary page itself can use some improvement if there was no release parsed and there is therefore no data to display per language. We can then skip lots of UI waste. Attached patch solves those problems.

Ups, now that I put the project summary block on all project pages, it is pushed off way to the side on pages where the path/name of files is too long, such as http://localize.drupal.org/translate/projects/og/releases/203139. We should add soft spaces for browsers, so they can break the paths proper.
