Substitutions in code

Sometimes it might be necessary to add variable substitutions or just add default substitutions in code when launching features dependant on these substitutions.
This patch will enable users to add those through hook_viewssub_get_custom_substitutions().

Users will still be able to override the custom substitutions given in code through the viewssub input fields.
