I can't find translations for this module.
I admit I'm a bit new to drupal, so I don't know whether I should search in locale.module for biloi, or in biblio.module for locale, but I fear that the whole thing is still an "open task".

Regrettably, there are no translations :-( For the time being, it's english only.

maybe there are not so many things to translate...
is there a list of strings available ?
(else something like " grep \Wt( | sed ..." should work...?)
