I created a new user from the admin side and got the following error:
Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/drupal-5.0/sites/all/modules/mlm/mlm.inc on line 706.

I think this issue was already addressed with http://drupal.org/cvs?commit=52031
Can you confirm with the latest version?
