Release notes
This is mainly a feature release, but also contains a number of minor bugfixes and refactoring of the core "related" search algorithm. Key issues are:
* #367969: Filtering results by content type
* #191811: Re-rolled an old patch to localize the list of stopwords based on the current language (also added french and german stopwords lists)
* #958530: Add basic i18n support to related content algorithm
