Cannot Edit, add, delete or moderate userpoints

I know you guys are working hard on 7, but I am really stuck trying to allocate userpoints. Nothing on my admin interface appears to work.

I notice that modules that that allocate automatically work. Can I add userpoints via a working module, a rule, conditional action etc? Does anyone have a suggestion how to bypass admin? Is the dev. version working with this?
