Call to undefined function cache_filename()

Hi, I am using drupal 4.7.4,

I installed the fastpath_fscache.module successfully and then enabled cache for the site under administer -> settings -> cache settings. I hit the save configuration button and then I get a blank page with the following message on the top.

"Fatal error: Call to undefined function cache_filename() in C:\Program Files\xampp\htdocs\drupal\modules\fastpath_fscache\fastpath_fscache.module on line 54"

Please help.
