How can we show the score as a percentage, like 70% or 70C instead of points earned and possible with views?

I've updated the views support to allow display of grade percentage instead of earned. When adding fields in views you'll now see Gradebook Grade: Earned (Percentage). You can choose whether the field shows the earned points or the percentage by a checkbox (Show percentage instead of earned points) when you configure the field.

This has now been committed to 6.x-2.x-dev.
