Hi, I'm a newbie and I am looking for the type of functionality you are developing. I also noted that their is a "competing" module - "node-ownership". I'm just wondering if you and that modules developer are moving in different directions and why you would not combine forces. Does the "dev" part of the version number indeed mean the module is still unstable as I have garnered from my reading of versioning conventions? I'm not a coder but if you are interested I may be able to help in other ways. Thanks, Wayne

sanguis commentedHi Wayne,
thank you for your interest in this module. The reason that I have not made an official release is because one of the original goals set but the orignal developer of the module have not been reached (the voting aspect).
Once that is reached I will tag the module at a 1.0 release version.
As far as stability goes -dev means that a developer is not happy with all the functions of the module. It also means that it it is not under the watch of the drupal security team.
Stability wise for this module it is is stable in the features that it has, I have tested it and it is working on the live sites.
