Hi, I have comments approved by default for anonymous users but I would like that in some content types or nodes with a tag, the comments are unpublished until approved. I tried to create the rules to make it but I haven't manage it. Any help? Thanks

Try creating a rule on event "comment is added" with a condition with a condition "has content type" or "has taxonomy term" that then unpublishes the comment. You will then have to have your administrators look through the unpublished comments and decide what to publish. Feel free to re-open if this doesn't solve your problem.
