Fixed a bug where empty items were outputting empty links.

Fixed an invocation of variable_set that did not supply the second argument.

Fixed a bug where regular (non-CCK) nodes were passed into content_view which borked their body and teaser fields.

Rolled a bunch of updates accidentally committed to HEAD into DRUPAL-4-7.

Fixed a bug where terms weren't being created. Also the term is now correctly appended to the node taxonomy. Finally, views was giving page not found errors until the cache was cleared, so now we do it after updating taxonomy.

This time REALLY fixed the bug in editing where html would appear in field. :P
