What modules should I use to allow member to upload video in their blog node? I would like video to be visible in the node .

Have you tried the video module to see if it does what you need?

well, I think that video module allow to manage videos but out of the blog, I would like video to be in the blog post like an image

there is also http://drupal.org/project/googtube

otherwise, sort the downloads by category, choose the media category and test out the modules on a test installation to narrow down which one will work for you and your design.
