Token module for 4.7

Hi Jeff,

As we discussed in IRC, E-commerce's next releases (for 4.7 and 5.0) will be using token module as a dependency. As a result I'll be needing a 4.7 friendly version of this module. All it needs is a hook_help() function implemented with the module description. It'll still work in 5.0 if you want to save yourself maintaining multiple versions. :)

Here is a patch for you.
