1. the bullets do not show up properly when published. The solid bullets appear empty.
2. sub-lists appear as lists

nancydruAre you sure it's fixed - or even has anything to do with TinyMCE? I have this problem on certain themes - it's either a browser or CSS problem.

kreynen commentedThe HTML is being written correctly by tinyMCE in the 5.1 release. The list elements appearing as they are defined by the stylesheet is not an issue with the module.

I know this issue is closed but I have a question that may help people resolve it.
Does TinyMCE create a CSS class when creating lists? If it does, mind telling me what the class is? :) If it doesn't here's why it could be helpful, people could just edit the way the way that CSS UL class displays.

nancydruThis is one of those places Firefox with Firebug would help you out. Firebug will allow you to easily see what CSS is being used.
