If cannot acces the /admin/settings/cck_field_perms page (Access Denied)
I also don't have any ACL entry in the /admin/access page for the module. I quickly looked at the code and noticed that I have to grant 'administer cck field permisions' to access the settings but as I said, I don't have such an entry in the permission page.

I forgot to mention that I have CCK 4.7-1.2 installed (Jan, 9th version) if that helps.

Ok, that was an oversight on my part. Didn't include that. I was using the root user which has access. I've created the new permission, so that's now definable.

This is in the 4.7 cvs branch- I will cut a new release when I complete some of the other bugs that have been identified.
