Could this module be extended to respect i18nblocks?
There is an issue open in Context:

I think this module will probably be the way to go.

Just tested and confirmed that this module does not enable respecting multilingual block settings when displaying blocks via context.

I transferred the original issue to the Context Respect queue. Marking this as duplicate of #657710: Block visibility by language selection (i18nblocks) is not respected.
