Issue Summary
First i like to thank you for your great work. The rtl theme work great on firefox but in ie there are some issues and the most annoying one is the missing tabs. You can not edit or add any user if you are in the rtl mode in ie.
I hope we can find a solution for that issue.

This issue is duplicate to http://drupal.org/node/110866 - which was already fixed. Thanks for the great fix.
