Added the ability to choose if the CSS/JS is inserted in the head or footer. bibly now includes the ability to apply a class to its links. Incorporated this feature.
Added admin options for the linked bible translation, if the popup is enabled, the popup version, and the DOM it to act in (if one is not present or in the page the body is searched).
