How is it supposed to work? There's no README file :(
I installed and enabled the module, but then what? I don't see any new flags.
BTW, what does "This module only provides support for Flag API VERSION 2.0!" mean?
Do I need to install Flag 6.x-2.0-beta5?

Yup you'll need that flag version 6.x-2.0-beta5.
to use the module -

- install flag module
- install flag terms module
- create 1 or more taxonomy vocabularies with some terms
- go to flag admin page and add term flag.
