I tried a change to make it work with next package roll. But here is a link to CVS for anyone to download via web browser

Ok figured out what was wrong. My 5.x-1.x-dev package is a little messed up right now. But I have released a offical 5.x-1.0 version that contains all the files for all the modules. It can be downloaded here: http://drupal.org/node/111316
