Paul is one of the students in our Providence training. I can vouch for the fact that this guy has some great ideas on how to improve documentation AND, more importantly, the desire to help out. :)

One look at http://lists.drupal.org/archives/documentation/2007-01/index.html shows Paul Melnikow makes superb doc recommendations and has lots of quality contributions and is ready to go.
