I am looking for someone to set up a similar version of a joomla created website using drupal. The primary reason for this is to use a cms that incorporates tags.

The website is www.DCguide.com and is a comprehensive guide of Washington, DC with 360 degree virtual tours. Currently one can only search for restaurants, monuments, museums and such linearly, but I would like to make it so that I can add tags so that one can search, for example, for a restaurant by location, cuisine, price, etc.. These type of functions will be very important for the website.
