I install
- Drupal 7.0
- page_title version 7.x-2.4-beta1 (2010-Nov-02)
- workbench version 7.x-10-beta5 (2011-Mar-03)

Then go to path
- /admin/workbench/content/edited
or
- /admin/workbench/content/all
both throw error msg:

Fatal error: Call to a member function get_option() on a non-object in E:\xampp\htdocs\d7\sites\all\modules\page_title\modules\views.page_title.inc on line 47

This seems like could be a bug in page_title. Do you know what page_title is trying to do when this error occurs?

Yeah I was gunna say sounds like a page title bug to me.
