laura s (aka pinglaura) is willing to do final approval of project applications - make sure their RTBC status is justified and grant the privilege to the applicant. rfay is willing to do so on an occasional basis. Both of us would really like to see that process be a little more well-oiled.

I believe the lowest role required for this is the "user administrator" role. Please grant that to laura s and rfay.

I know the RTBC queue gets a little behind, and your help is totally appreciate, but we really need people to do actual reviews, so get the word out (you don't need any special access to do a review).

OK, way cool.

What we'll do as far as approving is

1. Make sure the RTBC was arrived at appropriately
2. Take a quick gander at the code
3. Approve the user if appropriate (on the drupal.org/user/xxx/edit/git page, check "is a git vetted user"
4. Mark the issue fixed.
