Consider making plupload_fix_temporary_filename() a private function

This was noticed by @effulgentsia.

There is probably no good reason for that function to be called outside this module, so we should consider renaming it to _plupload_fix_temporary_filename() for clarity, to indicate that it is intended to be private.
