Proximity Filter in View does not return Canadian results

I have imported the CA postal code database and my proximity search will return US store results that are within the radius but not CA results. I have figured out that by manually entering latitude and longitude in the nodes containing the Location CCK, that it will then return something Canadian. I checked the database and it seems that the lat and lon supplied for the postal codes seem to be correct. Of course I only checked a few in question.

Can anyone point me in a direction to resolve this?
