I've not idea why 

<script type="text/javascript" src="/misc/jquery.js?n"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="/misc/drupal.js?n"></script>

are not loaded in the mobile version.
And I'm getting javascript errors due to this.

Is there some setting that I missed?
