It appears that only authenticated users of the site can use the "send me a copy" field on the contact form. I am wondering if this is a bug or if this feature is really not available.

It is a feature to prevent possible spam e-mails, since anonymous users can enter in any e-mail address in the 'From' field.

Automatically closed -- issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
