When creating a new course if you want to build from a previous one there is an error thrown saying it can't build the outline. Works in a private environment so this is something that shouldn't be too hard to fix but is still annoying ;).

partly a database issue of some junk data left over, partly a purl error, partly a views issue.

Got the database and views issues resolved so that the prepackaged default lesson structures can be copied at least. Purl error is still giving me fits but this should be all cleaned up in 1.4

Discussions have taken place with the project team and duplicate course will be shelved at this time and instead replaced with the duplication of a new content type called "instructional template" or something to that effect. Essentially this will be a philosophical, documented instructional design approach which we hope to package 4 or 5 proven ones by the time this goes to a full release. The plan is to package 1 or 2 rough ones in Alpha 4 and allow people to add their own in the future.
