ubercart for course access selling

ELMS is stock drupal 6 with 120 or so modules to make 'er run. If you used something like Ubercart roles i'm sure you could sell student access to a course. As this is for Penn State and we don't operate that way with our students I won't be developing anything like that but there's no reason you can't build off of ELMS as long as you understand a little about how Spaces / OG handle users / nodes.
