I am getting a totally blank screen when trying to use this module on Ubercart nodes (Product and Product Kit). All other nodes appear to work OK, both out of the box nodes e.g. Article and bespoke nodes - just the UC nodes are a problem. As I said a totally black screen.

I have cleared the cache.

These are similar symptoms to #947834: Ubercart nodes causing crash. I also found that deleting all Product nodes then enables access to Contemplate screens.

If you then add a Product, access to the Contemplate screens still works.

It appears that Contemplate has an issue with UC nodes where content already exists for these nodes.
