Filtering users by year on birthdays page shows even users with hidden age and year of bith. Thus you can get any user's age even if hidden.

How can I exclude these users from filter list?

Thank you for reporting, this is a serious problem.

(Doesn't exist in 7.x-1.x and won't fix in D5 as it is no longer supported, unless someone provides a patch.)
