WYSIWYG Editor for Scoops

Is there a way to add a WYSIWYG editor to the scoops?
I have install WYSIWG & CKeditor and it has enabled the CKeditor menu on pages and forums, but it does not work on Scoops.

WYSIWYG is installed under url/modules, whereas CKeditor is installed under url/sites/all/libraries
