Coming from: #1111254: Document the Hostmaster API I'd like to be able to document what hook_provision_args does, but it gets called by: hosting_queues_get_arguments which has no documentation itself.

Does anyone know what these functions are doing?

I'm not even sure that hosting_queues_get_arguments gets called at all?

I think they are doing nothing, i have marked as deprecated and we'll remove in 2.x.
