I love this module. One piece I would love to see would be option for the bot to print the comment in the IRC channel notification. Thanks for this module!

You're request that the entire ticket update be dumped into the IRC channel? As ticket updates could be rather lengthy, I'm not sure how workable that is. Perhaps the first N characters though...?
