Better Documentation?

I was hoping someone could answer the following questions. Perhaps they should be answered on the project page.

Whats the difference between this module and Menu Icons?
http://drupal.org/project/menu_icons

With this module can you add an image as a menu link to an existing menu, or do you have to create a menu of only images?
