I keep getting this error message:
Notice: Undefined index: image_style in audiofield_field_formatter_settings_summary() (line 285).

When I set Label to hidden in Manage Display Field. Then save the field jumps to Hidden. I reinstall the module and keep getting the same error.

I have the same issue using the latest development version of the module. Unless I leave the placement of the audio field as default (at the bottom of my field list) it always appears as hidden. I don't have the option to change it's location as it's doesn't have any options like other fields, just hidden.

The version from http://drupal.org/node/1069298#comment-4217944 does not have that issue for me. http://www.anngarrison.com/audio/flashpoints-will-uganda-be-the-next-egy... is an example of a view where it is at the top of the field list, using the version from coment 4217944
