a.ross commentedYou're very welcome. Well, timezones in Drupal 6 work like that. Registered users must enter the timezone they are in in the old format (example GMT+2). You can change this in your profile. In Drupal 7 this has changed, timezones are named (example Europe/Amsterdam), which is a new feature in PHP5. Of course the named timezones already include the rules specific to that timezone, like DST (daylight savings).
Of course, this requires every registered user to change their timezone in their profile in Drupal 6 whenever daylight savings starts/ends, as opposed to Drupal 7.
Note that a Drupal 7 version of the module is on it's way, It's delayed because I'm very busy.
