timhilliard commentedHi bavarian, Advanced Front Page Settings has been renamed to simply Front Page within the Drupal Configuration area. This is listed in the latest README.txt file. The area can be found at /admin/config/front.
Hope that helps,
Tim

bavarian commentedno, sorry ...
not even this path /admin/config/front brings me to the config-options for this module ...

timhilliard commentedTry flushing the menu cache.
If not,
Have you definitely enabled the module?
Are you using d7?
Let me know how you get on.

bavarian commentedthanks for your attempt tim ...
don't know what was the problem. no "it is there". yes, the module was enabled. yes, using D7
had a similar problem with another module. which made med de-activate a few modules and step by step enabling them again ... and NOW the FRONT PAGE SETTINGS are visible !
thanks for your support !

jainparidhi commentedHi,
I am having the same problem as you. I cannot find a "Front Page Settings" in my configuration menu at all! What modules did you have to disable and enable and in what order?
Newbie here and struggling for the past 5-6 hours. I am using Corporate Clean website on Drupal 7.12. Thank you so much in advance!

simon georges commented@jainparidhi, is it better with the patch in #1410922: Cannot access settings page?
jainparidhi commented@Simon Georges: I didnt need to modify my front page after all. I am just using blocks to configure the front page the way I want.
Thank you for your help though!
