Description
I like this module. Thank you for writing it.
Would it be possible to include checkboxes and teasers in a future release? I've been looking for a Drupal module that approximates the basic functionality of OmniOutliner and notepad might just be it. Nesting a note under another note (with jstools disclosure triangles) would be awesome.

Hey, sorry for not responding sooner - just getting acquainted with all my new account features and didn't spot it before :-)
Anyway, sure, I'm fairly welcoming to feature requests - could you go into a little more detail of what you're looking for? I'm not familiar with OmniOutliner or jstools. A quick bit of Googling's pointed me to both of them - unfortunately the Jstools side of things could be a problem as my knowledge of client side stuff is minimal (on the list to read up on but you know how it is).
Re: nesting - sounds good. I was thinking of being able to define groups - you'd click to expand and collapse - though I personally prefer that the parent isn't actually a note and instead just a branch.
Re: checkboxes - what would you want them to do / represent?
Re: teasers - it does do teasers, though they're hardly sophisticated - they just truncate the note. What were you thinking of? More info in the summary page?
The only feature I'd thought of myself was shared / public notes - the ability to share notes with others based on roles. I've also got to add paging on the summary page.
But anyway, if you can describe what sort of thing you were after in a bit more detail I'll see what I can rustle up.
Cheers,
Jon

Discussing updates with Christefano and a colleague over email.
Features requested are mostly client side, so unlikely to be implemented soon due to a lack of required knowledge.
