When trying to Revert the changes, block is still in Overridden status.

I typically just re-export the feature when this happens, which resolves it. More information on how to reproduce this would be great. I'm aware that this sort of thing can happen but don't have a reliable use case to reproduce it. Need more info.

I confirm this. I was able to globally edit my exported feature to change 'cache' => '-1' to 'cache' -> -1 and it worked ok.

If someone can roll a patch that fixes this (or point me in the right direction), I'd be happy to review and commit it (well, to commit it at least - reviews from others would help).

toleillo do you know if this happens in 7.x-1.x-dev?
